- 2 Cans of Garbanzo Beans with 1/3 of the original liquid reserved
- 1/3 c Walnuts
- 3 tbsp. Tahini
- 1 tbsp. Tamari
- 1 Cloves of Garlic
- 3 tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Lemon - juiced ans seeds removed
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy and smooth. The walnuts are a key ingredient. They give the hummus a creamy texture and wonderful nutty flavor.
