As a Writer I have to heighten and add to order to drive a story forward and I apply the same principle to Loaded Oats.

  • Prep Time: 5m
  • Cook Time: 5m
  • Total Time: 15m


  • 1 BIG BOWL
  • 1 Handful of Spinach/Kale Mix - Place in the bowl
  • 3/4 c Old Fashion Oats
  • 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1 1/2 c Boiling Water - I use just enough to cover the oats and greens
  • 1 Sweet Tango Apple - Cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp. Walnuts - chopped
  • 1 tbsp. 100 % Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 c Almond Milk - I use 40 Calorie Unsweetened Vanilla


  • Place a handful of Spinach/Kale mix in the bottom of the BIG BOWL and then top with oats and chia seeds and peanut butter. Cover with boiling water and let sit for about 5 minutes. Then top with apple, cinnamon, walnuts, and almond milk. This hearty bowl of oats will carry you through an action packed morning. The Sweet Tango Apple has a tangy and crisp kick.
