Smokey Chipotle Red Pepper Hummus

  • Prep Time: 15m
  • Cook Time: 5m


  • 2 tbsp. Water
  • 1 Handful of Spinach Kale mix
  • 2 tbsp. Tamari - divided
  • 3/4 c Red Quinoa - Pre-cooked and reheated
  • 1/2 c Black Beans - rinsed and drained
  • 2 Slices of Red Onion
  • 5 Slices of Pickled Beets
  • 1 tbsp. Smokey Chipotle Red Pepper Hummus
  • 1 tbsp. Raw Almonds


  • Wilted Baby Spinach/Kale mix with 1 tablespoon of Tamari and fresh Cherry Tomatoes heated through. Heap it up on one side of your bowl. Heat an equal amount of quinoa also with 1 tablespoon of Tamari and pour it in to the bowl next to the greens and tomatoes. Add Black Beans, Red Onion, and Picked Beets. Add a spoonful of Smokey Chipotle Red Pepper Hummus. Top with a sprinkle of Raw Almond slivers and zen yourself.

  • How to build a Buddha Bowl... think heighten and add! Dress with drizzled Tahini and Valentina sauce. Add a little crunch with some toasted pumpkin seeds and raw almonds. Start with the bit you don’t think you’re going to like 🤣
